It seems Google is aiming to expand it’s revenue streams by offering Wi-Fi access as evidenced by this FAQ on their site.
At one time Earthlink was planning on doing the same thing. They were going to install towers in metro areas, but I think they failed to implement their plan fast enough. They lost a lot of subscribers during the switch from dial-up to high-speed Internet service.

Gary Halbert offers another edition of his newsletter. Some idiots would think that there is not much meat this time, because it is short — and he doesn’t “appear” to offer anything new. But that is because they (the idiots) probably aren’t the type of people to DO WHAT HE SAYS!
