Ebooks

I love the sales letter for this product!

Lets get something straight. I am a jerk. I am obnoxious. I am lazy. And I don’t care, because I am filthy RICH. I am much too important to even be sitting here writing this right now. So I’ll keep it short. I make several million dollars every year on the internet, doing almost nothing. Heard that before? Well you can see proof of my earnings here. Have you seen proof like that anywhere else? Didn’t think so. Do you make that much money? Didn’t think so.

Reminds you of Gary Halbert doesn’t it?

I like this little blog entry by Jeff Smith pumping this affiliate program. It’s well structured to create the click-through…

Notice how it gives a little meat and stirs curiousity?

But then again, so does THIS entry! ;)

I talk about how to structure your entries in Goldblogging to create those click-throughs, which is critial to making $$.

Here is another affirmation of a point I brought up in my special report “Guerilla Info-Product Creation”…

What are the major pitfalls? At what stage can you quit your day job?.

Ken’s answer was awesome, and I highly recommend that you click over and see the whole post. But here is a key point in Ken’s reply that I want to highlight and comment upon…

Unbeknown to me it is NaNoWriMo — or National Novel Writing Month. And the goal is to get as many people as possible to write 50,000 words in 30 days — living on nothing but caffeine.

Chris Baty, a freelance writer from Oakland, Calif., with novelist aspirations, devotes the month of November every year to helping people get those novels out. He approaches the writing process like a crash diet; his goal is to get people each to write 50,000 words in 30 days. The results may be shockingly bad, and will in all likelihood never be published, but that’s not really the point, Baty says.

Barnes and Noble is out of the ebook business deciding to no longer sell electronic editions of books.

Although, B&N said in their press release that the decision was because of poor technology and poor sales, you have to wonder.

Was it simply a failure on their part to aggressively tackle the ebook segment?
