Online sales letters are dying a painful death — and they are taking a few marketers with them.

Last night I was reading Michel Fortin’s white paper on the “Death Of The Salesletter” for the third time.

And I know he is right.

I would like to share with you a copywriting technique…

“The art of copywriting lies in understanding the emotional hot buttons of your prospects and finding, through the applied knowledge of persuasion and influence, the way to gain attention and get them to take specific action. I am not exactly sure who came up with thsi hairbrained idea, but if you own a ebook that you are selling on Clickbank then this could be your lucky day.

It seems some copywriter(s) are willing to re-write your sales letters and create autoresponder messages for you — and all as part of some membership site.

I found out about it from Willie Crawford so I will send you over to his blog for more information. It sounds interesting, but I STILL think (and I know Willie would agree) that you need to master copywriting yourself.

He is damn well right!

I don’t know what I was thinking, but I failed to tell everyone about his recent interviews of Gary Halbert and John Carlton.

John Reese brought up a good point in his blog the other day in regards to writing benefit-laden copy.
