Brad Fallon Sighted At Hooters

Last month, I invited friend and fellow Georgian Brad Fallon to lunch, so we could meet and talk shop.Hooters Babe

The venue we chose?

Hooters in Kennesaw — of course.

It great meeting Brad in person, and the one thing that impressed me the most is how BIG he thinks.  He always has five or six pokers in the fire — and it seemed that every project had a shitload of zeros after the first digit.

A great example is his recent trip to China to attend a trade show.  He was going to look for product for his companies (yes, more than one) and decided to send an email to his list and see if other people were interested in coming.

The result?

I think it was 6 couples — coughing up a few thousand apiece to travel with him to China.

Cost? 

One email and some desire.

Talking to Brad expanded my thinking.  And that is the type of relationships and friendships you should be looking to build with people.  The type that are expansive and positive.

I agree, I think Stephen put it best by saying… “Relationships, links to your past and bridges to your future.”
